My Story
Karen Brooks is the organisational guru for your business and is the founder of Pellings Business Solutions. Her main objective when Pellings was born was to provide comprehensive virtual admin and business support management services to sole traders, consultants and growing organisations, helping them to realise their dream by removing the time-consuming tasks from their business.
Pellings is now a well-established, successful and multi award-winning virtual business support company in Hampshire. We have a proven reputation for helping our clients achieve that work/life balance – something we all crave!
We have evolved and grown and now offer a wide variety of outsourced services such as credit control, social media marketing and Lead Generation as well as business admin health audits and training workshops in Capsule CRM.

Owner
Karen has been running Pellings for over 10 years and lives in Hampshire with her family and 3 cats, she loves travelling, cars, going for walks and has a real passion for helping others. Her happy place is being surrounded by her family and being near Mountains and Lakes.
Karen’s background is Credit Control, and her dad runs his own business, so being an entrepreneur is in her blood.
You will often see her hanging out on LinkedIn or Facebook.
Diana Szpytma
Di is based in Colchester, Essex, where she lives with her family—her husband and three grown-up children. She loves spending time with family and friends, whether it’s going on holidays, enjoying a day out, or indulging in one of her favourite pastimes: long walks that end with a well-earned visit to the pub! Di also enjoys cooking big family meals, bringing everyone together around the table.
Di brings to the team a wealth of experience from her previous roles, blending creativity and practical expertise to deliver results for our clients. With 6 years in event planning and 12 years in administration across various industries, she has developed strong skills in administration, sales, lead generation, customer service, event management, and travel services.
Ali Taylor
Ali is a dedicated social media expert who helps small businesses grow their brands through strategic and engaging content. With a passion for creativity and a keen eye for social trends, she works closely with businesses to maximise their online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
When not behind her laptop, you’ll find her at the gym, exploring the New Forest on a long walk, or spending quality time with her family.
